ATTENDANCE POLICY
Registration and full payment of fees will be absolutely compulsory for attending any of the conference events.

The on-site registration fee is € 200.00 EUR payable on arrival
All presenters at the conference must hold an active MSA membership.
Please be aware that any presenter arriving at the conference registration desk without an active MSA membership will not be allowed to present, nor will their registration fee be refunded.
According to MSA rules, all presenters at MSA conferences have to be MSA members in good standing. The lion's share of membership fees is used to fund MSA conferences. Our conference fees do not cover those expenses. The rest of the membership fees are used to fund all the activities you see advertised on our webpages. Please keep in mind that the members of the local organizing committees, the executive committee, and the thematic and regional groups of the MSA are not paid and all donate their time. We use the revenue generated through membership fees very carefully and only for services we cannot provide ourselves, for instance the software support needed to organize and stage MSA conferences. Without the membership fees generated in the context of our conferences the MSA would simply not exist. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Please be aware that in order to keep the conference fees as low as possible and to reduce our environmental impact (especially given the large amounts of food waste generated at the last in-person conference) we will only be offering lunch on the first day of the conference, Tuesday 4 July. There are a range of lunch options available to purchase both on- and off-site for the subsequent conference days.
In case of cancellation before 31 May we will refund 50% of the conference fee. After 1 June, we will be unable to refund your fee.
